Cancellation & Refund Policy (Events and Classes)
When you book your session, you are holding a space that is no longer available to other clients. My goal is to provide quality training in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only myself, but to other paying clients as well. In order to be respectful of myself and other clients, please cancel as soon as possible.
My events and sessions have limited spots. For this reason, I request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session or special event. This will allow me to offer your spot to another client. You may email me at email@example.com to cancel.
Please note, I do not offer refunds. However, if you give me at least 24 hours of notice of your need to cancel, I will credit your payment toward another session or service. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your session, I may not be able to accommodate you. If you do not show up after 15 minutes or there is no communication, this will count as a paid session, regardless if you show up or not.
In the event of a true, unavoidable last minute emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
Please note: We will reschedule ahead of time if you are feeling unwell or have any of the following COVID-19 symptoms:
•loss of taste or smell
•aches and pains
•a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes
•red or irritated eyes
•difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
•loss of speech or mobility, or confusion
