Learning the ability to bring myself from a very unhealthy lifestyle to where I am today (mentally, physically, emotionally, spirituality, etc.)! Adults of all ages are welcome to join this program! As long as you are apparently healthy OR have doctors consent. Again, it is case by case basis. If you are a teenager, with parents consent you may also take part of my program. If you are an older adult with health concerns I would suggest another program more suitable for what you would require, I do not specialize my workouts for this demographic. Although I do include intensity variations for the exercises and I would consider my workouts low impacts!
Your best bet would be to reach out to me and we can figure out a suitable direction.

• Suitable workout clothes and shoes are a must for all workouts
• A coachable attitude
• You will need a reliable pen (or 10 unreliable pens) if you are taking any masterclasses or full

If you miss one of the group calls, and this is not a regular thing, you will simply have the last recording sent to you.
In order for a program to have its highest potential, showing up is one of the most important steps!
Yes! With your doctors consent. During your intake procedure, you will fill out a standard PARQ+ form that asks a few questions about your current health status, if you have a positive result to any of the questions, you will require your doctor's written consent on a PARmed-X form or Doctors . When I receive a copy of that, we can get started!
This is similar to the previous question. You will fill out the standard PARQ+ form and if you have a positive result, you will need to provide doctors consent. This is also a case by case decision. For example, if you broke your leg and wanted to start running right away, I would suggest waiting for that to heal or joining a more rehabilitation centric program. If you hurt your ankle years ago and it hurts when the cold temperatures come, I would suggest joining, but keeping an eye on any new sensitivities.
*Please be honest about any past or current injuries, so we can work together safely on your goals!
I am sure there are other personal training programs out there that are cheaper and also effective. In fact, I know there are some amazing personal training programs that have been proven to help sculpt the body!
If you are looking to strictly prepare your body for summer, another program would also be suitable for you too.
